European legislation requires that drivers of company, leased or hired vehicles must obtain the owner's written permission before taking the vehicle abroad. This permission is given in the form of a VE103, issued in the driver’s own name and address. To request a VE103 for your Marshall Leasing managed vehicle simply complete and submit the following details, giving a minimum 10 days notice:

The VE103 will be issued within the next 5 working days and will be sent directly to the home address as indicated above.
NB. The VE103 is the only Marshall Leasing’s permission. Please consult your employer’s company vehicle policy to check for other specific requirements or authorisation.
