Exit Junction 27 take M11 South towards London.

From M11 Southbound.
Exit Junction 4 fork right signs A406 West. Over flyover then keep left up hill to Waterworks Roundabout. Take 3rd right A104 to Woodford. Turn right at next roundabout onto A1199 High Road to South Woodford. Continue straight for about 1 mile, past The George pub and Odeon Cinema on the left, we are then approx 400 yards on the right on the corner of Radleys Lane.

Exit Waterworks roundabout then follow directions above.

From A12.
Westbound to Charlie Browns Roundabout. Take 2nd exit A406 to Waterworks Roundabout then follow directions above.
