​Having the flexibility to drive into London on business might soon be a luxury of the past. Drivers of pre-2015 diesel cars will be charged up to a staggering £50 a day to use their vehicle in the city of Westminster. This new legislative change comes as part of the city council’s plans to improve emissions.
